Daily Meditation (20 minutes) - live w/ Paige


After a busy day, I relied on Paige's opening guidance during class to get me into a gentle, relaxed state.


Daily Yoga Practice (60 minutes) - asana and practice teaching


Wonderful opportunity to share and learn from one another. My group workshopped and practice taught half bound lotus. Anything in the hips is an especially juicy and emotional thing for me to work on. I was impressed by the perseverance of one of my classmates, who practiced with us despite being ill. I'm enamored with this community.
