Meditation and Asana


~60 minutes of slow flow

I took my friend and acupuncturist to Blue Ridge, where we did an intense vinyasa flow. The instructor helped me get deeper in mermaid with a few careful adjustments.

I got a little emotional during savasana. Out of my usual hour of yoga a day routine, I was so grateful to be on the mat and moving.
