10 minutes of quiet meditation (no timers, no sounds, no chimes, no breathwork, just sitting quietly).




30 minutes of Angela Farmer "style" flow, wringing out the what felt stuck, moving where it felt right, and surrendering to something both outside and within myself instead of worrying about a prescribed structure or form. Instead, I found the structure and form from the embodied knowledge from all these past months of teacher training.
