1 hour of dosha-centered yoga with Shala, and ten minutes of quiet (albeit interrupted) meditation.
Centering in and cooling down, letting the prana move like a mountain stream, really helps quiet my pitta nature.
I find that when I move intuitively, led by a generous facilitator like Shala, my body feels loose and strong, and the time passes quickly. Nourishing and exploratory.
