Daily Meditation (30 minutes) - core channel breathing during acupuncture
The acupuncture table is my perfect place to meditate. You can't really move much, there is some deep relaxation taking place already, and the body and mind are melting into the table.
Daily Yoga Practice (45 minutes) - Beginner yoga (taught)
I was grateful to be able to teach a yoga class (my first almost-full length one!) to a coworker. After, we had a long conversation about pranayama, anxiety, and what's worked for us. I felt extremely vulnerable teaching, but I never did in the asana -- just the pacing and the breath cues. It's a start!
