I only had time for a little bit, and felt anxious and sad that I didn't have time for more.


Daily Yoga Practice (70 minutes) - Back Care II with Joe


Joe's teaching is dynamic, deep in the body, and energetic. I enjoyed it as always, but was absolutely exhausted after.
