Daily Meditation (20 minutes) - insight timer - Thich Nhat Hanh on How to Accept and Work Through Regret

I meditated to Thich Nhat Hanh's words on regret -- how we can embody the past by fully accepting the present through deep introspection. That way, we can go back through our inventory of regret, guilt, depression, and embarrassment and ask for forgiveness of ourselves, and of others. By showing compassion to ourselves, we can embrace the past without being stuck in it.

Daily Yoga Practice (60 minutes) - slow flow w/ Caitlin at Blue Ridge (virtual)

Oh my!! This was one of the juiciest and most creative practices I've been a part of at Blue Ridge. Caitlin had us doing standing figure four poses originating with block balancing, as well as some beautiful hip openers and around the mat work. Another one to keep in the kitty -- cobra pose with cactus arms. I also appreciated her use of clam shell at the close of our practice. Always a joy to practice with Caitlin.
