On the 22nd and 23rd I allowed myself some bursts of pranayama and asana during the evenings, while winding down from long days of work and new puppy. I practiced the four sun salutations, ever-trying to imprint them on muscle memory.
On the 24th I practiced a ten minute mantra-meditation (om mani padme om), singing really relishing the feeling of sitting and releasing some inhibitions to the wind. I followed with a 30 minute "Angela Farmer" style practice of sun salutations and deep hip openers, followed by an extended legs up the wall that flowed into savasana.
