Daily Meditation (20 minutes) - insight timer - embodied meditation on belly breathing


I was a little time poor on this day, and decided to choose one of Paige's embodied meditations on the Insight Timer. I felt a little vulnerable softening my core, as we're taught to keep it so taut and protective all the time. I ended relaxed and peaceful.
