Meditation and Asana
20 minutes of Richard's prana flow. This slow, invigorating practice is a lovely way to transition to meditation (10 minutes).
Class tonight with Michael (120 minutes), who broke down several postures for us in a lab format:
half bound lotus forward bend
Marichyasana I
and one more that I need to add!
I feel awkward in Michael's classes, and a bit on edge. I do appreciate his adjustments and variations. I always remember to work with bandhas, which improves the feeling of each posture.
