60 minutes of Bhakti Yoga w/ Michael.
Michael led us in a sixty minute practice based on the essence of the Bhagavad Gita. Lots of lovely Sun Salutations, Warrior Flows, and restorative versions of figure fours. He also clarified the difference between swan and pigeon -- wow! Such a difference in both posture and how my body feels in each.
