Daily Meditation (10 minutes) - simple pranayama with finding drishti (soft concentration) on an object
Daily Yoga (30 minutes) - traditional sun salutation and modified traditional sun salutation practice; development of a simple standing yoga flow for true beginners to the practice. This is challenging, as so many yogis that teach beginners have students immediately begin on the floor. I'm of the opinion that standing poses are best for total novices who may feel intimidated by floor poses. They can feel vulnerable. Slowly getting more comfortable with the traditional salutation and "inchworm" as opposed to chaturanga.
