10 minutes of meditation during practice while in legs on the wall.
60 minutes of Bhakti Yoga w/ Michael.
We were introduced to a posture tonight called downward facing bulldog! Appropriate as Luna was especially puppy-wild during training tonight. I always appreciate new postures, and am learning that I can even practice when presented with even the most adorable of distractions.
