Daily Meditation (10 minutes) - counted breaths, in thunderbolt


I took ten minutes for myself at work, with the door to my office shut, while monitoring a class in session. I needed to feel my body and mind center, especially given as tired as both felt. It worked, though my brain wasn't able to unwind completely.





Daily Yoga (est 35 minutes)

ten-fifteen at work, twenty at home


interesting session from Yoga Yogea -- challenging. Her stuff is always wildly different, and a little mind-bendy. I was exhausted but wanted to at least roll out my mat and work a bit.
