10 minutes of meditation prior to practice




1 hour of shoulder work w/ Joe.

I'm sick with my first cold since February 2020, and decided to push myself through some slow asana during class tonight. I felt okay until the side planks, when my head grew stuffier and my breathing grew labored. Otherwise, even the somewhat intense postures felt good. I find myself hungrier, wanting sugar, craving comfort food when I'm sick. Luckily it's not too ravaging, and I can stretch and move and breathe with minimal problems.
