Did a flow on my own with the following
warrior series
pigeon series
side plank series
gate pose series
shoulder stand
handstand (against wall!)
eagle balancing pose
chair
tree/ bound tree
bridge
head to knee with variations
I don't know that I've ever enjoyed my own company and my own practice as much as I did during this practice.
