Daily Meditation (10 minutes) - core channel breathing with music





Daily Yoga (est 55 minutes)

almost an hour on my own to Radiohead's In Rainbows, In the Basement





Did a flow on my own with the following

  • warrior series

  • pigeon series

  • side plank series

  • gate pose series

  • shoulder stand

  • handstand (against wall!)

  • eagle balancing pose

  • chair

  • tree/ bound tree

  • bridge

  • head to knee with variations


I don't know that I've ever enjoyed my own company and my own practice as much as I did during this practice.
