Daily Meditation (10 minutes) - easy breath -- on my own, core channel breathing
Daily Yoga (est 40 minutes) - taught beginner class to 3 students
I led the group in some standing postures: mountain, prayer, eagle arms, cow-face, shoulder, and neck rolls. I also introduced them to deep belly breathing and proper foot alignment (four corners of the feet that Joe taught us). I then led them through a half-salute and into some standing postures such as warrior 2 and reverse warrior. We closed with a guided meditation.
