Meditation and Asana
~10 minutes of meditation each day and 15-20 minutes of scattered asana.
I had to travel for work this week, and tried to incorporate mindful movement and quiet mediation in my busy days and nights. From meditating while flying to sneaking in asana in a hotel room, I felt compelled to move as much as I could.
I also developed a private back care class along with a guided meditation, which I hope to expand and offer to students on a 1:1 basis.
