10 minutes of meditation w/ music & focused on drishti (candle)
35 minutes of practice sun salutations (traditional, modified, A&B), then into a freestyle flow
My practice ran the gamut tonight, from handstands and pigeons and head to knee. I found myself wanting to settle into memory, to remember being in the North, to the blue color of glaciers, and to how fresh it felt to inhale ice-crystals and sub-zero air.
