Daily Yoga (est 70 minutes) - anatomy and foundations w/ Marion and Joe
What I remember from yesterday -- correct, gentle adjustments and proper alignment in hands and feet make for more stability. My back cracked in the best way in a wide legged forward fold and I still feel the pressure release.
Writing a little limited this week due to work. Still practicing -- still flowing.
